Consulting engagements begins with a telephone or in-person discussion of the scope of the project. The discussion results in a consulting proposal that maps out what will be done during the engagement, the timeframe, and the deliverables of the project.

In some instances, consulting engagements will include assistance with implementation of Strategies for Improvement and educational services.
