Each month The Rozovsky Group, Inc/RMS publishes for clients a newsletter on a timely topic in healthcare risk management or patient safety. Clients receive the newsletter via email and they are welcome to reproduce it for their colleagues.

Each month we also publish a newsletter specifically on medical communications. Dialogues in Healthcare: Strategies for Effective Communication discusses methods to improve communications in the healthcare setting including dealing with such topics as consent to treatment, disclosure of adverse outcomes, chain of command, team-based communication and more. Case studies and legal decisions are the subject of some issues. Just as with our monthly Rozovsky Group newsletter, a sample tool is included with each issue.
